I'm excited to meet new beautiful faces and share my expertise with you.💗 A deposit of $15 is required to secure your spot and is deducted from the total amount. A 24 hour notice is required prior to cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled resulting in a loss of deposit and 100% cancellation fee. Deposits are non-refundable unless I am at fault. Please arrive on time! After the 10 minute grace period your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a 100% no show fee. When booking fill in appointments be sure to have at least 50% of lashes remaining. If you book for a fill but need a full set you will need to be rescheduled resulting in a loss of deposit. Please come alone, NO extra guests! I accept card, cash, zelle and tap to pay! NO SHOW POLICY: Your time is very valuable to us. We hold your reservation just for you and understand things do come up and you may have to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We kindly ask that you give us a 24-hour notice so we may fill that slot on our appointment books. As a courtesy, we offer text and email reminders to confirm date at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. We charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: I will only do what your natural lashes can handle and with that being said, the fullness of your set is based on the state of your natural lashes. Please contact me if you experience serious retention issues within 48 hours after your scheduled appointment date so that the issue can be rectified within the same week - anything after 48 hours is down to poor aftercare and will require a fee.
